Two conference rooms are available for hire in the Fortress of Bard.
The smallest of the two rooms can seat a maximum of 100 people and 6 speakers; the larger room a maximum of 130 people and 6 speakers. The two rooms can be integrated for a video conference and are supplied with basic video and audio equipment. Extra equipment can be provided on individual requests.

Both the rooms can also be adapted to hold a round or a horseshoe table with seating for a maximum of 30-32 people.

If desired, La Polveriera Restaurant can organize coffee refreshments, buffets, aperitives, lunches and dinners on request.
